1. Cancellation Refunds

  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the shipment process has begun.

2. Non-Serviceable Areas

If we are unable to deliver your order due to your location being outside our serviceable areas, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product for verification.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on availability.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders canceled after shipment.

  • Delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays).
